3101: Server response The server is error status.
Check if the server is working properly.
Server setting is not authenticated normally.

3201: Not Found Authentication Mechanism Unsupported SMTP Authentication Mechanism is found.
Check the settings for client/server Authentication Mechanism.

4803: Users can experience 4803 errors during Scan from Office 365 Email.
The 4803 error can typically be resolved by enabling TLS1.2 and SHA2 under the ServerSide Settings, ClientSide Settings, and Certificate Verification in Command Center. Some older models that do not support enhanced encryption, will not have these settings and therefore will no longer work with Scan to Email in Office 365.
